A little change of pace from my stories over the last few weeks. Hope you enjoy! 🙂

How romantic of Rufus to plan this picnic, Lupina thought. The evening was beautiful — the silver moon sparkled across the water and a soft breeze gently whispered through their hair. What a perfect evening. Rufus’ eyes sparkled as he gazed at his love.

“So, what should we do later?” she asked softly.

“Oh, I don’t know. I thought we’d sit on the bluff and howl at the moon.”

Lupina giggled at him as she daintily discarded the remains of her meal on the rock beside her. “Sounds fun! By the way, what is this?”

“Rabbit.”

“Mmm… tastes like chicken.”

  1. Rufus and Lupina … terrific, and you created a perfect picture of Lupina (Lupus -clever) who’s about to see a different side of the romantic Rufus. Loved it.

I love to hear from my readers! Don't be shy.
